What's in this guide
- Camera Configuration — how the SubCam mounts on the frame and how field of view, slant range and reach are configured.
- Frame Configurations — the three exposure-rated Microlander frame builds (Low / Med / High) with weights, tube diameters, prices and full mooring examples:
- Low Exposure — 5 m depth, <2 m wave / <1 m/s
- Med Exposure — 10 m depth, <5 m wave / <2 m/s
- High Exposure — 20 m depth, <10 m wave / <4 m/s
Exposure ratings at a glance
| Exposure | Max. wave height | Max. current speed | Example depth |
|---|---|---|---|
| Low | < 2 m | < 1 m/s | 5 m |
| Med | < 5 m | < 2 m/s | 10 m |
| High | < 10 m | < 4 m/s | 20 m |
