Frame configuration examples by exposure

Recommended Microlander dimensions 500 mm length × 500 mm width × 350 mm height are chosen to trade off easy handling, weight, stability and field of view of camera onto the seabed. Tube diameter, total weight and bracing increase with exposure rating.

All three tube sizes are standard stock at online metal suppliers (e.g. themetalstore.co.uk).
