The terms and policies that apply to PEBL kit, whether you are buying it, hiring it, or already own it.

• Terms of Sale apply when you buy kit, and cover payment, delivery, returns and refunds.
• Warranty covers kit you have bought against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Disposal and recycling covers how to return or recycle kit and its battery at the end of its life.
• Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

How hire works

The Hire Terms are the standard terms that apply to every hire. The specific kit, hire period and charges for your hire are set out in a separate Hire Confirmation that PEBL issues to you, which refers to these standard terms. Placing a hire order means you accept the Hire Terms.

These pages use the PEBL SubCam as the worked example. The same terms apply to other PEBL kit unless your order or Hire Confirmation says otherwise.
